At Pitchfork Eatery we are passionate about creating cuisine that supports sustainable food practices and provides you with nourishing goodness.
We aim to source fresh organic products from various farms (including our very own Pitchfork Garden) and suppliers throughout the Kootenay region. From sustainable meat options to vegetarian dishes, we focus on providing you with only the highest quality ingredients.
Sharing our love for local, seasonal, and healthy eats is why we opened Pitchfork Eatery.

Craft Cocktails and Fine Wines are just a taste of the love we have put into our libation program.
We focus on crafting house made shrubs, syrups, and sodas, utilizing sustainable and ethically sourced ingredients. Much like our Culinary practices, our libation program draws from seasonal inspiration and a passion to share quality ingredients.
Love libations but looking for a Zero Proof option? We have an exceptional menu of non-alcoholic bevvies, from house made Ginger Beer to Pitchfork's own Kombucha. Whatever your palate we are sure to have a delicious drink for you.
Here in the Kootenays we are fortunate for the many talented musical Artists. At Pitchfork Eatery we strive to create a space for these Artists to share their talents and for you to enjoy an evening of great music.
During Thursday evening's "Live Music Night" you can dine to the sounds from local live Musicians and on Friday nights we host our "Eat To The Beat" series which features selections from various local DJs.
Our music programs are curated to be inclusive of all different kinds of musical Artists. We aim to provide a space for all peoples to feel welcomed sharing their Artistic expressions.
